Before Arriving in Japan
- We'll make sure your employee is prepared for all initial processes in Japan.
- We’ll suggest properties based on location, nearby facilities, and commute time
- We’ll send a property list for consideration, by email. We’ll be able to show your employees as soon as they arrive in Japan.
- After your employee has completed initial preparations, we will take them on rental viewings, based on their choices.
- After we find your employee the rental that's right for them, we do all paperwork for applying.
Contract (Moving In)
- We’ll explain the contract with an English translation.
- We’ll set up utilities such as gas, water, electricity, and internet.
- When moving in, we’ll check the damages thoroughly with the new tenant.
- If there are any problems, our bilingual agents will provide support.
- Helping to buy furniture as soon as the renter application is approved
