It's possible to have an unobstructed view from one's windows; even on the 3rd floor of a low-rise apartment. However, the more populated the area, the less likelihood of having a view on a lower floor. We've found the chances of having an unobstructed view become significantly higher somewhere around the 10th floor.

We can't promise that they'll all have an immense view of the city, but at the very least, you'll get a sense of openness by being able to see the sky!
