Other house rules: No outdoor shoes in the unit. Soiled items (strollers, scooters, rolling luggage, etc.) allowed inside the unit if the wheels are cleaned, or else they can be stored in the trunk space.

Neighborhood: There is a pedestrian-only footbridge to Tatsumi Station on the Yurakucho Line, so there is no need to cross any streets between the unit and the station.
Shinonome Station is across the street from a Starbucks, and trains from there go straight through to Odaiba, Osaki, Shibuya, Ebisu, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro with no transfers (Saikyo Line).

There is a cheap bus that goes directly to Narita from Shinonome (¥1,000), as well as a bus stop for local buses that go straight to Tokyo Station and St. Luke’s International Hospital just around the corner.

Across the street from FamilyMart and Kokokara Fine pharmacy, as well as the Canal Court S Street, which has many clinics, restaurants, shops, and other services.

The 24-hr Aeon supermarket is 4 min away by foot. There are many clinics, a cafe, a food court, a bookstore, a general home goods store, clothing, etc., and restaurants in this complex.

Walking distance (~20 minutes) or one metro stop from Lalaport Toyosu shopping mall, which has Kidzania and many other shops, restaurants, etc.
