- We’ll send a property list for consideration, by email. We’ll be able to show your employees as soon as they arrive in Japan.
Showing Properties
- After your employee has completed initial preparations, we will take them on rental viewings, based on their choices.
- After we find your employee the rental that's right for them, we do all paperwork for applying.
Contract (Moving In)
- We’ll explain the contract with an English translation.
- We’ll set up utilities such as gas, water, electricity, and internet.
- When moving in, we’ll check the damages thoroughly with the new tenant.
- If there are any problems, our bilingual agents will provide support.
- Helping to buy furniture as soon as the renter application is approved

We moved to Japan at the end of March, and the company provided a temporary housing for one month, just enough for the rental contracting process in Japan. That meant we had to take actions quickly. That also meant we were competing with many other house seekers. It was really a busy season, if not the busiest.
