Finding an Apartment

Before Arriving in Japan

  • We'll make sure your employee is prepared for all initial processes in Japan.
  • We’ll suggest properties based on location, nearby facilities, and commute time
  • We’ll send a property list for consideration, by email. We’ll be able to show your employees as soon as they arrive in Japan.
Assess the value of your property and sign a listing agreement.

Showing Properties

  • After your employee has completed initial preparations, we will take them on rental viewings, based on their choices.
  • After we find your employee the rental that's right for them, we do all paperwork for applying.
Negotiate the best offer with potential buyers. Confirm important contract information and receive payment.

Contract (Moving In)

  • We’ll explain the contract with an English translation.
  • We’ll set up utilities such as gas, water, electricity, and internet.
  • When moving in, we’ll check the damages thoroughly with the new tenant.
  • If there are any problems, our bilingual agents will provide support.
  • Helping to buy furniture as soon as the renter application is approved
